Making its first steps in Corporate Management in 2001, the company has 2 independent members in its management board. In order to determine whether the company is in accord with the corporate governance principles to take place in the new Turkish Commercial Code, Gantek has gone through a "check-up", jointly run by Corporate Governance Association Of Turkey (TKYD) and PriceWaterhouseCoopers.
