Financial Solutions Manager (Ref. Code: GAN-FSM-1)

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Economics or Engineering,
    MBA is an asset,
  • Finance sector, specially core banking experience is a must,
  • Worked in bank HQ divisions such as IT, Business Development, Strategy, Product Development, Control & Risk, Banking / Retail & Commercial Lending Collections and Non Performing Loan Management or maybe even Sales Function such as “Treasury Marketing”,
  • Proactive, dedicated, driven and self motivated,
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills,
  • Able to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients at all levels,
  • Extrovert, achiever, aware and knows global sector trends,
  • Sales experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Engaged in both new business and existing customers, the candidate will define and implement sales strategies and plans that will outperform quota and deliver on the company’s profitability targets,
  • Identify sales opportunities and progress through negotiation to execution,
    Forecast management.

 

Account Manager (Ref. Code: GAN-ACM-2)

Qualifications

  • BS degree in related fields. Engineering fields and MBA are plus,
  • Min. 5 years of experience especially in account management preferably in IT sector, with sales quota and target based compensation,
  • Excellent human relations skills, ability to handle customers, technical problem solving, analytical thinking, excellent planning / organizational skills and meticulousness are assets.

Responsibilities

  • Managing relationship with existing customers and developing new business with potential customers,
  • Maintaining a high level of product, services and solution know-how,
  • Understanding competitor behaviour/market developments and incorporating them in their business strategy,
  • Managing customer requirements in accordance with their strategies and budget.

 

Project Manager (Ref. Code: GAN-PRM-3)

Qualifications

  • BS degree in Computer Engineering, Electronics and Communications Engineering or Electrical and Electronics Engineering,
  • Min. 8 years of experience, IT sector experience is a must,
  • Having experience as a Project Manager and experienced in telecom projects,
  • Having good communication skills, dynamic and positive.

Responsibilities

  • The main responsibilities will be planning, setting up and executing the project activities, ensuring that the project goals are met and that the customers' business requirements are fulfilled,
  • The Project Manager will coordinate his/her team according to the project phases.

 

Application Support Team Leader (Ref. Code: GAN-ATL-4)

Qualifications

  • BS degree in Computer Engineering, Electronics & Communications Engineering or Electrical & Electronics Engineering,
  • Telecommunication sector experience is a strong asset,
  • Large scale customer support of software and technology are assets for the candidate,
  • Technical skills in Oracle, Unix and Java are must,
  • The candidate is required to have background in IT Infrastructure (including hardware, databases, operating systems, local area networks),
    Preferably having solid Telco domain experience, SQL, Oracle, Java, Unix and bug fixing background,
  • Experience of working in a customer based environment.

Responsibilities

  • Providing managerial and preferably technical guidance on the support requests, change requests, release, change and configuration management processes to application support team,
  • Managing relationship with customers and solution vendors,
  • Continually analyzing the support process and service quality, monitoring and reporting team's work & status according to service best practice and ITIL procedures,
  • Recommending and driving solutions in order to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the ICT service,
  • Coordinating an efficient cross-sectional response to major incidents, such as escalation and dissemination of workarounds between several parties inside and outside of the company,
  • Monitoring of 3rd party vendor, SLA's and OLA's and ensuring the SLA levels.

 

Application Support Engineer (Ref. Code: GAN-ASE-5)

Qualifications

  • BS degree in Computer Engineering, Electronics and Communications Engineering or Electrical and Electronics Engineering,
  • Telecom sector experience is a must,
  • Large scale customer deployments / implementations of software and technology are assets for the candidate,
  • Technical skills in Oracle, Unix and Java are must.

Responsibilities

  • The primary responsibility of the candidate will be to provide technical support for high-quality first and second level software applications via telephone and e-mail,
  • Ideal candidate should be self-motivated with ability of adapting to tight schedules and eager to learn.
